Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items

- Personalized products (such as engraved ties or custom designs)
- Any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email us at service@estatejewelryloft.com to initiate your return. Include your order number and a brief reason for your return request.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Item Back: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as a return and place a new order for the item you’d like to receive.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@estatejewelryloft.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. Please do not return the damaged item without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
